hotel bonito, bela vista do mar, porém a sauna que fica na cobertura próxima à piscina precisa ser agendada na recepção que fica no térreo. tem um segurança na cobertura que entrega toalhas, confere acessos etc, por que ele mesmo não pode ligar a sauna quando alguém solicita? estive no hotel em um domingo, a piscina estava cheia, a sauna deveria estar ligada e à disposição. Fiquei com a impressão de que eles preferem criar dificuldade pra ninguém usar

The hotel is in a very good location , 5 minutes walking and you are on the beach . It’s a very beautiful building and the room is clean, the service was very good, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with many options, including fruits and local things. We stayed during New Year’s Eve , and we choose a good place to escape from the crowd Copacabana, Praia do Recreio is more quiet and clean, there were some noises from fireworks but nothing comparing to Copacabana.

I’m not even sure where to start. The reception people are mostly nice with a few exceptions, but all of them are extremely slow to do anything, had everything booked and ready pre-arrival, and still took over 15-20 minutes to get my room card. Staff does not bother to make it possible for an early check in, they will make you wait until 3pm exactly, and suggest that you pay another extra daily rate to check in 1-2 hours earlier. Got a call at 1am from the hotel reception, absolutely crazy stuff. Regarding the rooms and amenities: felt like everything was poorly cleaned, with dust, stains, stinky bathroom at times, TV does not connect to the internet, so don’t even bother trying to use Netflix. The pool area is extremely dirty and the pool itself looks like it was made for only 5 guests to use simultaneously. The gym is ok and free, so that’s nice. Spa and sauna are very overpriced and has a dirty atmosphere to it. There is NO place to fill your water bottle, you must buy the overpriced water available at your mini fridge inside your room. Finally, breakfast is mostly decent, but is completely packed, do not expect to be able to sit inside to eat breakfast at 9 am. In my opinion, stay somewhere else, for this price, you can definitely find something better.

Um bom hotel, com um péssimo atendimento. Não espere um atendimento cordial, eles não fazem nenhuma questão de recepcionar você antes do horário do checkin (15 horas). Achei um atendimento frio e pouco receptivo. O hotel é bem localizado e adequado pelo preço cobrado, mas o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Solicitamos a recepção mais de uma vez, que fosse passado uma camisa as 15hs e tive que ir para uma festa às 20hs sem o serviço solicitado. Um pecado um hotel desse, com um serviço tão abaixo do esperado.
